The wailing of a new born infant at the Modern City Hospital was welcomed with a lot of anxiety rather than smiles and rounds of congratulations. The mother of this child had been admitted for a medical emergency and the delivery of this child as the doctors said was to be premature, i.e. before the completion of the stipulated nine months. The child would have a low birth weight and hence needed special care.- created LOZO !!!.
