How long does it take for a design to be completed?
A/ The timescale of a project is generally dictated by the client. If you have a deadline in mind we will endeavour to meet it for you. The most common delay in the creation of a site is waiting for content (text/images) to be sent to us by the client.
I would like you to design my site, what do I need to do now/what is the process?
A/ If you would like to use our services all you need to do is inform us of the domain name you would like to use and send us a brief idea of your requirements. You can check domain name availability here. We will then purchase the domain in your name, purchase the right hosting package for your project and then based on your guidance,design an initial web page for you.
This is then refined/changed in consultation with the client until a satisfactory design has been reached. We will then need you to forward content and images for your site and start to design the website for you.
Do I need to buy a domain name and hosting?
A/ No, we do everything for you.
How much will it cost?
A/ The cost of a website varies, depending upon the type of site you require. Each site has to be treated on it’s individual requirements, but our ballpark figures start from $500 for static webpage to over %2000 for dynamic pages.
We request a 35% deposit for all standard sites and 50% for larger database driven projects. The balance of payment is then due on completion of the project.
Payment can be made by cheque, Bank transfer or by using Payal.
The only ongoing cost will be your annual hosting fee.
What do I get for my money?
A/ All our designs are created and conceived from your requirements. We don’t use ready made templates, all our sites are designed from scratch. So if you want a green website with pink spots you can have one!

Do I need to send a deposit for the work?
A/ Yes we do expect 35% deposit before starting work for every customer
What is ftp?
A/ FTP (File Transfer Protocol) is a method of transferring files (web pages for example) from your local PC to your web server. There are a variety of free ftp software programs available on the Internet and they enable you to update your website pages at any given time. When a hosting package is purchased ‘ftp details’, consisting of the host name, User ID and password are sent to us. Upon completion of the website and receipt of payment for any work carried out, we then send these details to the client.
How do I get listed in Google?
A/ If you have opted for our webmarketing offer for optimisation. We guarantee a first page listing in three to six months of ther website launch. This estimate is based on our experience and uniqueness of your keywords.
What is optimisation?
A/ All web pages should be ‘optimised’. This will enable your site to gain a high search engine ranking, it revolves around the meta tags on your web pages, a web page that isn’t optimised won’t appear in the search engines to any great degree
Will we need to have a meeting?
A/ In the majority of cases a meeting isn’t necessary and 90% of our sites are generally completed with contact via email and telephone only.
What aftersales support do you offer?
A/ After the completion of a website project we are available for after sales service. Any slight tweaks or amendments are carried out to the site free of charge in the first month. Any support thereafter will be charged at an hourly rate of $50.
